Maybe not necessarily a paper jam or crumpled pages, but at least once the entry of two pages at the same time. I would have allowed it to do that, but I have not seen a problem (even once) despite hundreds of scanned pages. It worked perfectly well, no matter whether the templates were folded, dog-eared or wrinkled.

In addition, the Panasonic KV-S1057C scanner on the desk makes small. If you push all shaft and template support elements together, it has the footprint of about a DIN A4 sheet. When I need it, I just put it on the desk and in 10 seconds the scanner is ready for use. However, the only minor problem with compactness is that this Panasonic KV-S1057C has: the fact that the tray for the ejected sheets is bent so much upwards and has no edge, which could eject the ejected originals, are already scanned sheets and often pushed from subsequent pages out of the pile. During scanning, you always have to use one hand and one eye to control paper ejection. But that does not really diminish my enthusiasm. Conclusion: A small design problem is a huge relief in the private, as well as smaller, compared to commercial applications. I would buy the device again and again and my expectations of speed and quality of the mechanics were clearly exceeded. The price is high, but I can not really get upset about it.
