Why the changes in the driver can be set, but still not transferred to the printer, could not be communicated to me by customer support and after 10 days of response time and two calls as well as an e-mail. The printer should be directly at the workplace and can be operated directly. The data for the format and strength must be entered for each current print job using the printer control panel. After the automatic transmission of the driver setting was no problem with all printers I have used up to now - eg HP and Brother and no problem, I can only shake my head over Canon. The device is only suitable for the processing of a paper format! What a pity. Canon has probably overshadowed the operating comfort.
