HP ScanJet Pro 3500 f1 Scanner Driver. On my Mac OS X 10.9, in the product description the HP ScanJet Pro 3500 f1 scanner is compatible from 10.9; This is unfortunately not so. Under OS X 10.9 the scanner was not recognized at all, drivers were not found, even after a long search. On the HP support page in English and in other languages, only drivers from 10.11. Also a call with HP chatting with the support did not work at all brought no solution and there are no drivers for Mac OS X 10.9, which stands in the product description from 10.9 on wards, that would be sorry for them. I'm not sure if this is the case, but I'm not sure if this is the case.

Also I had the impression that the connection to the scanner via USB did not work "properly". There was also occasional "USB error" in the scanner's display. It was also strange that the scanner scanned from the single sheet as well as from the automatic feeder but the scanned pages were not displayed in the software like Readiris, PDFScanner. Also the uninstallation of previously installed printer and scanner driver brought no success. Pity! The HP ScanJet Pro 3500 f1 device makes a solid impression and I was always convinced of HP. Possibly the device was also broken or the USB cable was not in order. Back to Amazon. You can rely on this service!
