My printer arrived with out the clip to keep the yellow ink cartridge in position. (i use tape to maintain it down) and overall it is vitally good. I was hesitant about shopping a used printer, but it surely has became out to be a first-rate purchase. It was shipped very rapid and it works excellent. But i'm not very technical, so all i will be able to say is my graphics by no means seemed so clear, or printed so swiftly. Hooked up used to be a breeze for the "un-geek" me. Thanks Canon!
