Ricoh Aficio SP C232SF Printer Driver. I do not know why anybody would supply this unit a foul overview. It handiest does everything! I love the one we put in our office, it scans [in both color and greyscale at the touch of a button] instantly to my laptop, receives a fax whilst i'm making a scan or a copy, and saves my incoming faxes in case I forgot to add paper!! The print is crisp and smooth in each colour and black and white. It scans to each photograph and standard PDF codecs which is ultimate for any one's wishes. I think the first-rate section is how easy it's to setup, you simply open an internet browser, type within the IP deal with of the unit, and configure the whole lot in a few minutes! I could enter in our entire fax mobilephone booklet directory in lower than quarter-hour [would have taken much longer at the control panel] and setup 1 touch dialing with no trouble, plus turn off the foolish ringer and incoming fax tones to zero so the unit simplest makes noise when there may be output, and it's low noise at that.

One of the coolest things is that i can fax a record saved proper in my pc! No extra wasting paper, ink, and time to print out a 10 page document, stroll to the fax computer, scan it all in and put within the destination fax number, then watch for all of it, just to throw the paper within the recycle bin; each fax laptop must do that, it's high-quality! Just open the document, open the digital "ship to fax" print gadget, and boom it is on the best way! The one motive I gave it 4/5 stars is that the toner is sort of steeply-priced and the page yield out of every toner is sort of low for what you pay. The cost per web page is better than I would favor, but for what we saved on the machine. Without difficulty valued at it! I might recommend this unit to anyone and with a name like "Ricoh", you can not go improper!
